    My go to spot when I use to live in Bay Ridge. They hook you up, and without the extra costs you get at other places. I had left NY for a time and came back only for a day, but I made sure I stopped here. SO good!!!

    Taste amazing, especially the pho and the fruit smoothies. Their summer rolls are also great.

    After watching Cheap Lazy Vegan on YouTube I decided to try Pho and the tofu spring rolls- it was delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful too. So glad I finally walked in.

    Pho Hoai was my favorite spot for over 10 yrs, but the soups have gotten very salty and the fried squid too oily. The A ratings no longer holds title for very long. It has gone back to B rating 5 times in the past 3 yrs. Questionable what goes on in that kitchen with cleanliness. Too bad..this place used to be 1 of the best in BayRidge.

    The pho soup here is the best. The soup is the most tastiest soup I have ever tried! Add some lemon to it and it will multiply its flavor. If you want to try pho check this place out. They even offer you tea before the meal. The price is OK, but not super cheap. Remember tips.
